At Jaanusarees , we assure the best quality in our product deliveries. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to exchange or return an item.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and providing you with a hassle-free exchange and refund process. Please read the policy below for detailed information.

 Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged / Defective / Missing / Incomplete Items
  2. Festival Sales & Clearance Products
    Please note that items purchased during festival sales, promotional offers, or stock clearance are final sale and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

* A proper, unedited 360° video of the package being opened (from start to end) is required.
* Any deficiencies must be shown clearly in the video.
* We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if the required proof is not provided correctly.

2. Seller Error

* This includes differences in size, fabric, or design compared to what was displayed.
* In such cases, our team will reship the correct order at no additional cost.

📌 Important: For any issues with products, you must report within 24 hours of delivery using the contact details provided below.

 Exceptions – Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Readymade blouses
* Customised orders
* Sale items

 Returns

* All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date.

 Shipping

* Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
* We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

 Refund & Exchange Status

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your request.
* Refund/Exchange will NOT be applicable if the product is found to be used.
* If approved, please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item for processing.
* You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

2. Contact your card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).
